HIGH SEASON   December 19 - April 25

    
        $1400 per week   ($1500 for the week of December 26, 2009 - January 2, 2010)
        $5000 per month



LOW SEASON 

    $800 per week
    $2800 per month



Utilities are included in rental fee.

note:  Florida State Tax (currently 10%) and $20 registration fee (charged by South Seas Management for parking for your entire stay) and $100 cleaning fee not included in rental fee.

$250 REFUNDABLE security deposit is required.
DISCOUNTS  may be available for last minute bookings.
Generally book from Saturday to Saturday.
One week minimum stay.
