LOW SEASON 

    $800 per week
    $2800 per month

Cleaning and utilities are included in rental fee.

note:  Florida State Tax (currently 10%) and $20 registration fee (charged by South Seas Management for parking for your entire stay) currently not included in rental fee.

$250 REFUNDABLE security deposit is required.
DISCOUNTS  may be available for last minute bookings.
Generally book from Saturday to Saturday.
One week minimum stay.
